Praying for the Muslim World

Ramadan is an annual time of celebration in the Muslim world. Each year it begins with the appearance of a certain new moon and ends with the viewing of the next new moon. During this time they fast during the daylight hours and spend extra time in prayer. It is also a special opportunity for Christians to join them in praying that they will truly come to know our Heavenly Father and his Son.

Praying for the Hindu World

Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is a Hindu holiday nestled between other holidays which celebrates the Hindu New Year. This time of year which is all about decorating home, gifts and family, is a great time for Christians to pray for their Hindu friends, neighbours and acquaintances. It is the time we can join them in praying that they will truly come to know the True God, the one who gave His Son, the Light of the World, to be their Saviour.
